Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], October 5: As the release date for "Jigra" approaches on October 11, actor Alia Bhatt has been actively promoting the film.

On Friday night, she surprised the audience in Bengaluru with a special appearance at Grammy-winning DJ Alan Walker's Sunburn show. 

Several photos and videos from the event have surfaced online, showing Alia greeting fans in Kannada. She looked stunning in an off-shoulder blue top paired with a matching skirt and also took pictures with fans backstage.

Regarding "Jigra," the film is directed by Vasan Bala and features Vedang Raina alongside Alia. Recently, the makers shared an action-packed trailer.

In the trailer, Alia portrays Satya, a fiercely devoted sister determined to rescue her brother, Ankur, played by Vedang Raina. As the trailer progresses, Alia's character exemplifies resilience and strength, with a notable moment where she states, "Maine kabhi nhi kaha, main sahi insaan hu. Main sirf, Ankur ki behen hu."

This film marks Vedang Raina's second appearance on screen after his debut in "The Archies" last year. "Jigra" also boasts a captivating soundtrack, including the popular song "Chal Kudiye," which reunites Alia Bhatt with Diljit Dosanjh. Additionally, a recreated version of the classic song "Phoolon Ka Taaro Ka" showcases Vedang Raina's vocal abilities.

Director Vasan Bala is known for his previous works, including "Monica O My Darling," the crime thriller "Peddlers," and "Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota."
